DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS

After your order has been placed and received your payment, we will send you your order confirmation via email.

In Turkey, except public holidays, deliveries are made Monday through Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00.

If you have a different request, please contact us. We will always try to help you.

Your order will be prepared in the form closest to the one in the image between the delivery times you specified and delivered to the Buyer address.

In case there is a delivery request between 11.00 am and 13.00 pm, delivery will be made within 4 hours as of the time the order is placed.

Orders placed after 15:30 are not available on the same day. 

In the event of any delay, the Jardinerie notifies the User / Sender.

Drop-off Locations

For now, delivery can be made only to the regions in Istanbul as stated below.

Exchange Conditions

You have the right to exchange for your undelivered products. Please check by logging in on the Member Login tab. If your order is not in preparing order or delivered status, please contact info@jardinerie.com.tr by sending an e-mail with your order number or calling our contact number.

Return Conditions

You can return the product you have bought without opening/destroying /unpacking/destroying it, without using the product, within the seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

First of all, you can check your order by logging in on the Member Login tab on your home page. If your order is not in preparing order or delivered status, you can cancel your order by sending a mail to info@jardinerie.com.tr with your order number.

When we receive your message, your order will be canceled within that day and we'll reach you for the subject. You can check your order status from My Orders section.

After logging in to the Member Login tab, if your order status is under delivery in My Orders, your order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the product after your order is received.

Return

The product, if any, and all standard accessories and packaging must be sent to us with the original packaging intact.

All you have to do is to inform us of your return request by e-mail and get a return confirmation.

Once the returned product reaches us, the return process is started. After checking the compliance of the product with the return conditions, the credit card is processed by jardinerie.com.tr. The price of the product is reflected on your credit card as a positive balance within 10 business days, depending on your bank. This process is completely dependent on your bank and Gul Ovet Jardinerie Çiçekcilik has no right to intervene.
